how do i post image in here?

I know there is an image button but it tells me only URL
I have a file that i want to upload but i don't know how

    Try here. After uploading your image, right click on it and click "copy image address" or whatever your browser's equivalent option is. If the link ends in a file format(like .jpg or .png) then you have the right one and you can post it here with the image button.

    You can also click on the "..." and "get share links" to get to this screen, but it's faster to just do what Aggraphine suggested.
