Duplicate name labels showing after ccing

Brief bug summary: Sometimes characters appear to have duplicate name labels after you change channel

More details: People who use the default will have duplicate default label (making it look more opaque/darker) and people with NX name labels will have both the default and the NX label showing under them.
Not specific to the flag race maps. Issue remained after restarting computer+client. It doesn't appear to be a memory-leak.
Can't replicate it on channel 1 for some reason. Once it was bugged as I logged into channel 4.

The default becomes more opaque because there are two layered above each other.

Steps to reproduce:
Change channels
Observe characters with default name label being more opaque
Observe characters with NX name label being layered
