Nexon Launcher Downloading more then Patch Size

When I started to download the newest patch, it downloaded up to three times the patch size and only installed only half of the patch.
After a while, it said that the product could not be installed.
I tried to repair the install, it was verifying for a bit, but again, error message. It didn't even get to downloading.
I uninstalled the game and tried to reinstalled it, same thing happened.
Opening up Task Manger, Nexon Launcher was using up to 98% of my Cpu.
Restarting my desktop now, and see if that works.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
