can't buy vip pass

in the wondroid quest , you unlock anstasia with buying a vip pass, when try to purchase it from alec it says i cant...( i saved anastasia in round 1 of wondroid( 4 years ago approx) wanna play the 2nd round from wondroid (i missed it 2 years ago)

found my answer you need to save 1 droid to unlock the buyable vip pass nvm
