Can't Star Force in EU Reboot

I noticed, when I was going to star force my arks first earring (first gear i was going to star force) the game wants to apply scrolls to the item. All items that drop, has slots for scrolls.

    Relogin to the character will change the gear to be the correct version and you can star force them
