Marksman bug disconnects from server (with video)

Charging Surge Bolt while attacking with Snipe causes something that looks like Surge Bolt being charged multiple times at once, then when Surge Bolt is 50% charged (when the sprite changes), Snipe is shot many times at once, and when these arrows hit something (like a boss), I get disconnected.
