lost characters after merge

I did the merge and i played year or 2 ago still had my characters got back to maple and my characters were gone on EU i can see them on rankings name DeXexBööst level 202bwlMVtx.png
other character name i remembered were uyorootto and its level 10 yuepZwB.png
