Character creation restriction on Kanna

Purpose: Propose a character creation restriction be place on the class Kanna to reduce prevalence of hackers.

Background: There is increased prevalence of Kanna hackers in Bera to the point that you can can often see two hackers (Kanna/Kanna, Kanna/Kaiser) in one map and this often is seen across channels as well and not exclusive to just one channel. This results in reduction in maps available to normal players and those maps includes burning map/starforce map.

Method: Impose a character creation restriction on Kanna similar to that restriction of both Zero and Beast Tamer.

Potential outcomes: Reduced number of hackers in the server, increase map availability, may improve server stability, increased player satisfaction, stabilizes in-game economy fluctuations, and possibly other benefits.
Unemployed
