specific character location login poblem

Hi, it seems that with a specific character (loler6k) I can not log-in the game (but I can with other characters in the same world).
what can I do? (the window goes big and black. and the game is stoping from responding.

and I worked! I think the problem is to log-in to the game when the window is small (alt + enter) AND the chat box is outside.
