Hayato stuck at Ereve Strolling Path

Level 94 and I accepted the "Meeting with Empress Cygnus" quest. It transported me to Ereve but for some reason I could not complete the quest by clicking on Cygnus. I tried to forfeit it and now I am stuck int this map. I tried teleporting out of it by using the guide and accepting other quests but I'm not being transported anywhere. I just stuck in this map. I tried using the portal but it won't work.

    Were you able to get out of the map? I am currently having this issue with my Kanna. I forgot the quest name, but I was transported to Ereve Strolling Path to talk to Cygnus. The quest icon wouldn't work and I couldn't leave the map. I tried forfeiting to reset as well.
    I placed a customer support request just today.
