Brief bug summary: While Cadena’s Veteran Shadowdealer buff is active, 2 additional hits are supposed to be triggered whenever any skill hits an enemy. Currently, 5th job skills do not trigger these hits. Previously (several months ago), the 5th job skills triggered the additional hits properly, thus this skill broke in a recent patch.

Steps to reproduce:
- Use Veteran Shadowdealer
- Attack any enemy with any 5th job skill
- Compare to attacking any enemy with any 4th job or lower skill
