Can't find Agent N or Queensheart Forest- Luminous

When i turned level 95, Agent N gave me a quest to go to Helios Tower Time Control Room for the Ellin Forest Incident Quest. I went there and was supposed to see him in the time control room, but I did not find him. Apparently, he was supposed to meet me there with a lightbulb above his head, but didn't find him at all. I then completed the entire Ellin Forest questline and met with Guwaru, who told me to meet him in the present for the A Piece of Past quest. I searched it up and I'm supposed to go to Queensheart Forest, which I have no idea how to get to. I'm currently at level 102. Can someone please help me T_T??
