Brief bug summary: Can't select different reply option in Kinesis quest where you either wing it or ask Jay about plans

More details:

I have zero troubles selecting different dialogue options when talking with the NPC that tells you about the point system. No trouble in any dialogue on other characters. Seems to be just my Kinesis (I know it makes no difference to storyline but I like to think it does) and maybe just this particular quest and option (I did get this far after all. But I think first quest I selected bottom option, and second one top option. Top one might work, but I don't want to select it [I know it makes no real difference down the road but..])

edit: Should also mention that what happens in my attempt is that the dialogue just closes.
