can't see all the characters in afterland

i'm stuck in afterland- the land of riches. i can't get through and see the other missions. i can't see after ben. it's like my character can't move to the rest of the room.

    I believe you have to crouch and crawl through the pot if the wall has not yet been destroyed in a quest.
