Dynamic rate on surprise box item

I recently returned MapleStory after seeing the iseikai quratet event wanting the ainz weapon from the surprise box. After spending over 200k NX with no luck and many dupes I gave up the pull and just overall stopped any motivation to further continue the game.
I suggest Nexon raise the rates of unpulled items dynamically for individual users in any gacha event for surprise boxes. Many other games have implented the method so the mechanic doesn't turn away potential money spending costumers and further sales.
