I forfeited the quest "Jiangshi versus Talismans 2" .But the Quest Items,",Jiangshi Eradication Talisman",still remained in my use bags which I can't drop. I accepted the quest again.But I couldn't catch poison jiangshi. They were always far away. : )

    Try to catch the Pale Jiangshis rather than the Poison Jiangshis.
