Unable to see or redeem 3X EXP coupon

Good morning maplers,

I logged in this morning expecting to redeem my 3X EXP coupons as part of the sunny sunday event but upon logging in the coupons were not available within my inventory, nor do I have a yellow event start on the left hand side of the UI to redeem such coupons.

Please let me know if there are any requirements to the event, as the sunny sunday pop up does not explain any, or if there is another way/NPC to redeem these coupons

    Please try to find the "Sunny Sunday Gifts For All" in your star notifier.
    It might not appear if your character is below level 101.
    Note that the 3x EXP coupons are movable through storage, so you can claim them on a high level character and then move them to the low level character you want to use them on.
