Outside of rare events that give Maple Points, you can't obtain them in Reboot.
However, Maple Points are shared across worlds in the same region, so you can obtain Maple Points in a non-Reboot world and use them in Reboot.
In non-Reboot worlds, you can buy Maple Points in the Cash Shop (using Prepaid NX), or in the Meso Market (using meso).

Think this is cap... Bought $20 worth of maple points in Bera to use in Reboot, but it hasnt transferred over. I think you might be talking about Reward Points instead of Maple Points

Reward Points are indeed shared between worlds, but you can't buy them in Cash Shop, so no, I did not mean them.
Did you use the Maple Point coupons you purchased? When you go into Cash Shop in Bera, can you see the Maple Points on the left where all the currencies are listed? When you do the same from (NA) Reboot, you don't see them?
