Silent Crusade

Just come back to maple since the big world merge, I was doing my Daily boss run when I noticed I was unable to fo Arkarium, I had silent crusade finished before the merge and now it just shows as locked and I do not have the quests to start the questline again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Are you even able to finish the crusade before beating Arkarium normal? I thought unlocking Arkarium was part of the crusade.
