In the cash shop, can't select NX Credit to buy

Trying to make a purchase with NX Credit I just bought. Got 20,000 credit and trying to purchase a name change coupon but when I go to my cart, select the coupon, hit buy and try to press the option of pay using NX Credit, it will not allow me to select anything. I can't check off any of the selections and I can't use my credit for anything else in the shop as well I have tried.
