Some Pets suddenly untradeable?

Did I miss an announcement, lose my mind, or is this a bug? There are some pets that I could swear I used to be able to move between characters via the cash shop. Now they are untradeable. Thanks!

    Are you unable to store them in the cash shop?

    nvm. Now I am able to move them to the cash shop. Must have been one of those transitory things.
