Bug type: In-game item use error
Brief bug summary: Doesn't allow you to use a Booster Pack with 3 spaces left even though the maximum possible cards from a Booster Pack is 3.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have exactly 3 spaces of empty USE inventory.
2. Double click Booster pack.
3. Recieve error.

Character name: Pawskies
Character level: 215
Character job: Pathfinder
World name: Reboot
Date and time of the incident: 2pm CT 4/26/2020
