I spent about an hour, no less, having fun (really fun, with all seriousness) going through my main mule and organizing all the wonderful collection items/ equips I have gathered over some 15+ years mapling. I realized something at the end of my fun fun organizing game (it really was a kind of personal joy, not for everybody lol), that I would love to lock my inventory exactly the way It looks like right now, where the Sort button would do NOTHING if I accidentally click on it. Sure, the current setup of that button is useful, one click to push close all empty slots between items and another click to sort item into (some kind of) categories, but to me that is one step short of perfection, you need the lock button still. Not only for the character inventory but also for the storage, it would be great, I love being organized maybe not everywhere but you know, here and there, every now and then, when I feel like being organized would be more fun and helpful with my mapling. Just some thoughts, please consider. Thanks. Stay safe during this Covid19 mess. 'night/ 2230 here in California, I am off to bed after this long train of thoughts~ zZz

I've used a self-sorted inventory for a long time and I've only hit the sort button once by mistake in the 2 or 3 years I've been doing that.
It's an extremely niche issue that I don't think we need a dedicated option for. The button is already in a spot that makes it hard to misclick.
There are far more pressing issues than this.
