Cant buy anything in Cash Shop?

hello, i just recently bought NX today and when i went to buy Maple Points, it wont let me click any of the options on which to pay with, NX Prepaid/NX Credit/Maple Points/Reward Points....... And when i click OK it says "at least one item that can only be purchased with NX is inculdued" even though i have NX credit...... PLEASE help

    Maple Points can only be purchased with NX Prepaid.
