afterlands totems and keys disappearing

I hope a GM can take a look at my account as I finished every quest in afterlands and had gotten every key. But my keys are not in my inventory anymore and I have 2 locks left. However, I have finished everything in Afterlands! I hope this can be looked into as the totems are amazing and I spent numerous hours finishing this questline!
