Can't Purchase Friendship Ring [Reboot]

I have 8k nx credit and whenever i try to purchase it, i get the error "not enough nx cash" for all of them is this a bug? it just keeps telling me to charge nx

    You cannot purchase Friendship Rings with NX Credit, only with NX Prepaid. This is because buying a Friendship Ring involves gifting one ring to your friend, and gifting can only be done with NX Prepaid.
