Add Matilda to Arcane River Towns

Matilda gives items that are important while bossing, and it's quite inconvenient to have to travel outside of Arcane River, the primary game area past 200, in order to purchase them. Adding her to the Arcane River locations would be a much welcomed QoL change.

    Honestly, I'd take node master in every arcane river area sooner than I'd take this. Annoying as hell that the only places I can do anything with nodes are vanishing journey, chuchu and morass.

    Also, adding legion npcs to esfera would be nice too. That's also a pain in the ass.

    I would too, really. Ideally we'd get both Matilda and node masters in Arcane River.

    Legion NPCs not being in Esfera is ridiculous though.
