Armor Shards no longer dropping?

Hi, just wondering if I am the only person noticing that armor shards are no longer dropping from bosses following the Ranmaru drop nerf and Familiar System update? It has taken me a bit of time, but I had finally finished crafting 7 out of the 8 Japanese Set Gear on my Angelic Buster and I am literally needing only 1 more armor shard to complete the entire set. However, I have been doing as many bosses as I can daily across all my characters and not a single Armor shard or Weapon Shard has dropped in weeks. I have asked my guildmates and they too noticed them no longer dropping. I have submitted to Nexon a bug report but have been shut down entirely. They say that armor shards are rare drops and that they are not guranteed, which has been the case since inception of these. However, I used to get several a week across many different characters and now all of a sudden have not seen a single one in weeks. Have you guys seen any drop from your daily boss runs? And if for some reason these were removed from the game altogether, it was not mentioned at all in the update notes.

    Since recipes no longer drop from Mori Ranmaru, it seems likely that they removed armor and weapon shards as drops as well.
