Not being able to vertical jump or activate runes

I've been getting a weird bug the past few days,
I play as a pathfinder and I don't know if it's class specific.
The bug prevents me from vertical jumping up or down and instantly fails the rune mini-game which means I can't activate runes.
The only way I've found to fix it, was to turn off the game and re-open it and hope it fixed it.

    Try doing a full shutdown and restart of your computer.
