Quest Light Bulb Stuck above head

While I was doing the Heizan Temple quests while transformed into ayame, I decided to open up the Threads of Fate quest on the side. After doing so, I light bulb was permanently attached above my character. Clicking the lightbulb doesn't work (only reason I could see what quest it was for was during the Heizan quests, an addition lightbulb popped up as well). I have tried restarting the game and reclicking the quest to no avail. This happened in the reboot server on my hero.
