Bug type: Can't proceed with Chapter 1 First Quest

Brief bug summary: For the ZERO character, Chapter 1, First Quest Mirror World, after talking to Milo in the clinic, can no longer proceed further. No questline pops up, can't teleport out.

More details: I've tried changing channels, restarting computer, shutting down computer

Steps to reproduce: Every time I log into my ZERO character

Character job: ZERO

World name: SCANIA

Date and time of the incident: 8:16PM PST
