Is June 13th-15th cube sale not available yet?

The Cash shop update indicates that there is a cube sale between Jun 13th to 15th. I haven't been able to locate the sale. Is it available yet?

    Yes, it's available.
    It's under the "Event->Chance Sale" tab.
