Unknown game crash after AFK for a while

Hi all, recent return player here.

I would leave my character in the AFK event hall every night but the issue I am facing is that the game client would just disappear when I check it on the second day. I don't get any crash reports so I have no idea why it would just disappear. I don't face this issue when I am actively playing.

Any tips or help?

    i also have been experiencing crashing only when afk at the rise salon but not when i actively play. please help nexon!!
