Luminous Skill are Bugged

hi, i create a Luminous on Elysium server, and i cant use any skill only teleport if somebody have a solution let know ill apreciate it i already pass second job just using basic attack.

    Do you have a secondary weapon/orb equipped? Luminous can't attack unless they have one.
