Change of Boss Queues

To improve QoL in low populated servers I suggest changing boss queues so you can just queue on your own instead of having to wait for someone else to queue with you.

    How about queueing everyone in the current party so that it doesn't become hijacked? I had times when I went bossing and a random joins and takes the leader position.
