About the Amorian Challenge

Hello,
Does anyone know if 'About the Amorian challenge' quest can be completed now? I can't seem to find the NPC, Ames the Wise, anywhere in Amoria to initiate it. Did this NPC get removed or is he in another location now? If he is in another location where is he now?

    Hello!

    If you already have the quest in progress, you should be able to complete it by talking to Amos the Strong at "Amos' Training Ground".

    If you're attempting to accept the quest, Ames was only located in Amoria which is now inaccessible.
