Arcane Symbol Glitch

Hi I recently got an arcane symbol from a happy erda in vanishing journey; when I merged it with my symbol it seemed to disappear without doing giving any exp to my Vanishing Journey symbol. (although unless I remember it wrong, I feel that my chu chu island symbol has one more exp than I remember)
