Brief bug summary: Whisper recipient IGN does not get saved unless they whisper you back. Causing you to whisper the wrong person if you switch chats and then return to whispers.

Steps to reproduce:
Whisper a character
Don't get a reply from that character
Switch chat to guild/buddy/party etc
Press the whisper-hotkey to continue whispering
The character you whispered will not be saved in the list of recently whispered IGNs, and you will instead whisper the latest person who you received a whisper from
