Help need - deleted hair

I accidentally deleted my hair today T_T.
I want to know if Nexon customer support can help me restore them.
Has anyone experienced this, if so please let me know.
I already submitted my ticket, so I'm waiting on that as well. Meanwhile, I'm nervous that I'll lose my hair T__T

    Deleted as in overwritten using a coupon, or deleted as in you logged in and the hair disappeared randomly?
    Support may be able to restore your hair if it's the result of a glitch, but not if it's the result of using a coupon.

    If you have the hair saved in the beauty salon, however, you can simply restore it by paying a meso fee.

    You can't accidentally delete your hair. There's always a prompt. That's on you.
