Permanent Transparent NX Items

These items are not showing in my cash shop. I tried exiting my game and relaunching, tried relogging, tried searching for the permanent transparent items but the only transparent items that show up are the ones that cost less than 4k and are 90 day duration. Am i missing something?

    It's a weekend only sale, as noted in the Cash Shop Update web notice.
