Cannot enter Area: Wolf's Agony in Rien

I am trying to complete the third mount quest, "A visit from the wolf herd", for Aran and I now I need to go to Wolf's Agony through Dangerous Forest in Rien. However, anytime I try to enter "This map has been closed temporarily. Please visit later" pops up in the chat. I have tried entering several times throughout the week, but to no avail.
