Getting disconnected in certain maps

My game keeps logging me off right after going in certain maps such as inferno wolf, magnus and easy magnus. I also get disconnected from time to time when changing channels. The only thing that has worked for me is magnus map in windowed mode but every other map i mentioned and changing channels keeps disconnecting me so i think this is a resolution issue but i've tried changing in game and my own computer's resolution but i still get disconnected so i don't know whats going on. Any help appreciated...
I'm using an acer nitro 5 laptop (in case that helps)
