Fail on the "before connecting with the char"

Step by step this happens:
I click on play, the permissions thing appear and i click "yes" so it launches normally, i choose the server, i select the champ after leaving it "charging data" and this happens all minimized. the screen goes black on the same resolution, then it expands a bit only by right side a bit, and then it goes "non response" for a bit too, and then perma black screen but they app is running.
Its like it doesnt get the resolution jump, i need several minutes for play, its so nasty.
Help please, i really wanna play this event :)

    right click the short cut for your launcher and make sure it is automatically loaded to run in administrative mode permanetly
