Disconnected from Login Server?

I choose my server and click a channel and enter pin. Then it says "disconnected from login server" every time?
I restarted my computer and any programs related to maplestory multiple times.
Any solutions? I remember I did get the illicit program message a lot in the past year cause I clicked buttons too fast, never used hacks.

Please help!!

Edit: I looked up my character on rankings and it was still there. I was not banned.
