Trouble with PIC

Okay so theres a new pic system in place and i cant remember my old pic. It's been awhile since i last played. I tried resetting it but its only letting me enter my old pic when i try to log in.
Any solutions?

    My friend is having the same issue. It says it reset but every time it asks him to enter his old pic. Did you find a fix for this?
