Buff Boss Accessory Drop Rate

Hello, I think the new patch nerfed the boss accessory drop rate.

This is really counter intuitive and I see no reason why this happened. Most of the boss accessories are early game stuff for unfunded/new characters to utilize until they can get new stuff.
