Burninator effect gone

Hi, I got the mega character burninator from the celestial event (rank B) and I used it on a newly created Evan. I got him to level 102 and after logging out and logging back in the Burning effect was gone and still hasn't return a couple of days later... Anyone else has this issue?

    I have same issue, burninator effect disappeared on character after 1 day.
