Mega Burning Project quest missing

The "Mega Burning Project" quest seems to be missing.

I started playing MapleStory again on Saturday after not having touched the game for years, but it seems my Burning character never received this quest. It is also not visible in any of the tabs in the Quest screen.

I saw this Unscheduled Maintenance occurred a day before I started playing again, which essentially concluded that the Burning effect cannot be applied to new characters anymore. I do have the Burning effect though... Just missing the "mega" bit.

Was this quest also lost during the maintenance?
