Bug Brief Summary: Split Arrow, which is a 5job skill for Marksman explorer class has been gliched and not working with the class main's passive

More details: Split Arrow can't work with Surge Bolt, that is a fundamental skill for the class, the monster that activated Split Arrow won't have the extra damage of the passive Surge Bolt/Bolt Surplus, that make the class a lot weaker than we think we are since the Batte Statics literally lie about the damage we do..

Step to reproduce: Just activate the skill in any monster and it won't work with the passive

    The skill was fixed in KOREA MAPLE STORY, is there any chance this glich could be fixed for GLOBAL earlier? Else we will have to wait out 6 months, that is a long time for this important glich.
