Mega character burninator disappearing again

The character burninator we received as a compensation disappeared on the character after logging out, just like the issue we had with the previous character burninator we got for the celestial event that disappeared.

    Try relogging, and see whether the burning effect returns.

    My effect wasn't working, but i still got the burning levels when leveling.

    You are right the effect disappeared but I still got the levels.
